Sinds januari 2025 ben ik aangesloten bij THE INSPIRATION STUDIO, en elke maand voelt het weer als een cadeautje aan mezelf. Het is echt een moment van zelfzorg, een veilige (online) ruimte waarin ik weer even mag thuiskomen bij mezelf, bij mijn eigen verlangens en wat er op dat moment in mij leeft.

De meditaties van Grace zijn altijd heel liefdevol en rustgevend, en de fijne, kleine groep vrouwen zorgt ervoor dat ik me geborgen voel. Er wordt echt naar elkaar geluisterd, zonder dat het therapeutisch voelt. Gewoon een warme plek om te mogen zijn.

Ik ben dankbaar dat Grace deze plek creëert. En ik gun het iedere vrouw om zich aan te sluiten bij THE INSPIRATION STUDIO, want we mogen onszelf veel meer momentjes van rust en zelfzorg geven!
