“Het voelde als the right thing at the right time, precies wat ik nodig had. Ik had al even het gevoel stil te staan, wist niet goed wat ik wilde in mijn baan en in de rest van mijn leven, en dit klonk als een goede motivator om hier weer beweging in te krijgen! Na het lezen van het programma en Grace haar persoonlijke posts op Instagram was mijn nieuwsgierigheid definitief getriggerd. Aan de start van het programma leek het alsof ik stilstond of vast zat. Ik zat (zit) in een baan waar ik soms enorme energielekken van krijg en weet niet goed welke kant ik op wil in werk. Ik weet überhaupt niet of ik het reguliere leven in Nederland (huisje, boompje, beestje) wel zie zitten. In die tweestrijd (nieuwe baan of nieuw leven) zit ik al een paar jaar. Ik durf niet goed te kiezen.

Nu voel ik me kalmer, een stukje zelfverzekerder en dichterbij een keuze.

Ik vond het echt een heel mooi inhoudelijk programma, met een mooie mix van inhoudelijk delen vanuit Grace en vanuit de groep. Grace is authentiek, inlevend, enthousiast. Ze begeleidt de sessies op een fijne en natuurlijke manier. Ondersteunend, maar ook scherp. Ze staat naast mensen.”
